By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

• All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed with payment where required.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• By entering our premises, you agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

Safety & Supervision

• Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times.

• Play Café Sip in the Giggle is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to supervise.

• No outside food or drink is permitted (except baby food or allergy accommodations).

Cancellations & Refunds

• Play sessions and party bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled [X days] in advance.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method.

Liability

• By attending our facility, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of play activities.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Play Café Sip in the Giggle is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss/damage of personal property.
